In January 2021, the companys Board of Directors approved a name change from Athena Silver Corporation, to Athena Gold Corporation. Athena Gold Corporation (we, our, us, or Athena) is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resources. We began our mining operations in 2010.
