Aptorum is a Cayman Islands holding company with operations conducted through our subsidiaries and the variable interestentities (VIEs). We have determined that we have three VIEs, namely, Libra, Mios and Scipio, according to the U.S. GAAP. All three ofthe VIEs are incorporated in Cayman Islands and operate in Hong Kong.
