Atlas Corp. is a global asset manager and the parent company of Seaspan and APR Energy. We have two reportable segments: vessel leasing and mobile power generation. Our vessel leasing segment, which is conducted through Seaspan, owns and operates a fleet of vessels which it charters to major liner companies.
