AngloGold Ashanti Limited is an independent, global gold mining company with a diverse portfolio of operations, projects and exploration activities across nine countries on four continents. While gold is our principal product, we also produce silver and sulphuric acid as by-products. We are developing projects in Colombia, including the Quebradona mine that is expected to produce both gold and copper, and continuing exploration activities in the United States.
