Community Redevelopment, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Oklahoma on August 16th, 2010, under the name Crosswind Renewable Energy Corp. At the time of its creation, the Company had been engaged in marketing renewable energy, sales, and marketing of turbines, lighting, and solar energy sources. On July 6th, 2020, the company completed a transaction whereby the core business of the Company is now that of the newly merged business. Community Redevelopment, Inc. operates as a community-oriented real estate redeveloper targeting economic growth and opportunity zones in secondary and tertiary value-added markets. The Companys name was formally changed to Community Redevelopment Inc. (CRDV) on June 24th, 2020, as part of the overall transaction and to reflect the new mission of the company.
