EUBG is not a Chinese operating company but a Nevada holding company. As a holding company with no material operations of our own, EUBG conducts all of its operations through its subsidiary in China. Our current principal business activities are providing consulting services and sourcing and marketing services in China through our PRC subsidiary with support from our HK subsidiary.
