FFBW, Inc. (the Company) is a Maryland corporation that was incorporated in September 2019 to become the stock holding company for First Federal Bank of Wisconsin in connection with the conversion of the former FFBW, MHC from a mutual holding company to a stock holding company. The Company is the successor to FFBW, Inc. a federal corporation, (Old FFBW), the former stock holding company of First Federal Bank of Wisconsin and majority-owned subsidiary of the former FFBW, MHC.
