Gtj Reit, Inc is a fully integrated, self-administered and self-managed REIT, engaged in the acquisition, ownership, and management of commercial real estate. As of December 31, 2022, we owned 48 properties, which are predominately industrial/warehouse locations leased on a net lease basis. The Company typically evaluates a tenant’s credit quality by reviewing its financial information, rating agency reports and credit reports, when available, and other sources of information that can be useful in determining a tenant’s creditworthiness and financial condition.
