Originally incorporated in Delaware in 1984 as Howtek, Inc., the Company changed its name in 2002 to iCAD, Inc. The Companys headquarters are located in Nashua, New Hampshire. Xoft, Inc., Xoft Solutions LLC and iCAD France LLC are wholly owned subsidiaries of iCAD, Inc. and are consolidated for reporting purposes.
