Richmond Mutual Bancorporation, Inc., a Maryland corporation, which is sometimes referred to in this document as Richmond Mutual Bancorporation-Maryland, was formed in February 2019 to serve as a new stock holding company for First Bank Richmond upon completion of the reorganization of First Bank Richmond from the mutual to stock holding company form of organization. The reorganization was completed on July 1, 2019.
