Severn Bancorp and Subsidiaries (the Company, we, our, or us) is a savings and loan holding company incorporated in the state of Maryland in 1990. The Company conducts business primarily through four subsidiaries, Severn Savings Bank, FSB (the Bank), Mid-Maryland Title Company,Inc. (the Title Company), SBI Mortgage Company (SBI), and the Banks principal subsidiary Louis Hyatt,Inc. (Hyatt Commercial), which conducts business as Hyatt Commercial (See Subsequent Events in Item 7 below for information on subsequent sale of certain Hyatt Commercial assets).
