(Uniroyal Global, the Company, we, our, or us) acquired all of the ownership interests in Uniroyal Engineered Products, LLC (Uniroyal), a U.S. manufacturer of textured coatings, and all of the ordinary common stock of Uniroyal Global (Europe) Limited (UGEL, formerly known as Engineered Products Acquisition Limited (EPAL)), the holding company for Uniroyal Global Limited (UGL, formerly known as Wardle Storeys (Earby) Limited (Wardle Storeys)), a European manufacturer of textured coatings.
