Upd Holding Corp intend to be a provider of inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment services for individuals with drug addiction, alcohol addiction, and co-occurring mental/behavioral health issues through facilities that we operate. In connection with those treatment services we intend to perform clinical diagnostic laboratory services and provide physician services to our patients.
