Tesla's Shanghai factory
With the number of cases increasing in China, Tesla’s factory in Shanghai will be closed for four days as the city goes into lockdown for nine days.
China is imposing lockdown in the city in two phases to control the spread of the virus.
Tesla had to suspend operations in Shanghai for two days earlier in March as well due to Covid-19 related health orders.
Tesla's Shanghai factory is an important plant for the company which delivered more than 56,000 cars in February.
