Ferrari NV (NYSE: RACE) said on Thursday it will unveil its SUV-like new larger, taller model similar to a sport-utility vehicle this September.
The luxury sports carmaker also confirmed plans to release its first fully electric car in 2025.
“Its unique features, leveraging the racing know-how, will make it a true Ferrari, ensuring it stands out across all dimensions: engine power density, weight, sound and driving emotions,” the company said regarding the fully electric car.
The company, which is focusing in transitioning to electric vehicles, said by 2026, Ferrari expects 40% will be traditional engines, 55% hybrids and 5% electric.
