  • Military analysts believe Russian forces are regrouping after a difficult battle in an attempt to retake Luhansk

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy Russia is not taking an "operational pause" from the severe battle in the Donbas.

“In the past week, many talked about the alleged ‘operational pause’ in the actions of the occupiers in Donbas and other parts of Ukraine,” Zelenskyy said in his video address. “34 airstrikes by Russian aircraft over the past day is an answer to all who came up with this ‘pause’."

Zelenskyy further said that the Ukrainian army is holding on firmly, repelling attacks in various directions.

Meanwhile, military analysts believe Russian forces are regrouping after a brutal battle in an attempt to retake Luhansk.

“But, a lot still needs to be done so that Russian losses cause such pause. Moreover, the pause was not before new offensives of the occupiers, but before their retreat from our Ukrainian land. And I am grateful to all our fighters who are bringing this time closer,” the Ukrainian leader said.
