Russian missiles that attacked the west-central Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia killed at least 26 people said the chief of the regional military administration.
Ukraine's national police said three missiles struck an office building in Vinnytsia on July 14, which is located 268 kilometers (167 miles) southwest of the capital, Kyiv.
“20-year-old Olga Lysenko died in the hospital with 98% of her body burns,” Serhiy Borzov said in a Telegram update.
The Russians hit the center of Vinnytsia with Kalibr cruise missiles, launching them from a submarine in the Black Sea.
The cruise missile strike on the community buildings and the medical facility was earlier labeled as an "act of Russian terror" by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
