Williams Announces Multi-Year MSA Contract with Eversource

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep 21, 2022--

Williams Industrial Services Group Inc. (NYSE American: WLMS) (“Williams” or the “Company”), an energy and industrial infrastructure services company, today announced that it has entered into a Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) with Eversource Energy (NYSE: ES), a major New England utility based in Hartford, CT effective September 16, 2022. The MSA covers natural gas pipeline services in Connecticut and other locations, as may be agreed upon, over a period of three years with a two-year optional extension. Specifically, Williams will be tasked with the installation, maintenance, repair and other services associated with the natural gas distribution systems covered under this agreement. Additional terms were not disclosed.
