AUSTIN, Texas (AP) _ Chuy's Holdings Inc. (CHUY) on Thursday reported third-quarter net income of $5 million.
The Austin, Texas-based company said it had net income of 27 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 31 cents per share.
The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 24 cents per share.
The restaurant operator posted revenue of $106.7 million in the period, also topping Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $104.8 million.
