WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) _ Ocwen Financial Corporation (OCN) on Thursday reported net income of $36.9 million in its third quarter.
On a per-share basis, the West Palm Beach, Florida-based company said it had profit of $4.17. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 55 cents per share.
The mortgage servicer posted revenue of $249.7 million in the period.
