GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (AP) _ Arrow Financial Corp. (AROW) on Monday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $12.1 million.
The Glens Falls, New York-based bank said it had earnings of 73 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $43.1 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $37.7 million, which fell short of Street forecasts.
For the year, the company reported profit of $48.8 million, or $2.95 per share. Revenue was reported as $149.2 million.
