The satellite radio company posted revenue of $2.28 billion in the period, which missed Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $2.3 billion.
For the year, the company reported profit of $1.21 billion, or 31 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $9 billion.
Sirius XM expects full-year revenue of $9 billion.
