ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP) _ SkyWest Inc. (SKYW) on Thursday reported a loss of $47.1 million in its fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the St. George, Utah-based company said it had a loss of 93 cents. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs and non-recurring costs, came to less than 1 cent on a per-share basis.
The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 8 cents per share.
The regional airline posted revenue of $681.2 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $73 million, or $1.44 per share. Revenue was reported as $3 billion.
