The Ridgefield, Connecticut-based company said it had net income of 3 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 48 cents per share.
The distributor of specialty food products posted revenue of $791.3 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported net income of $27.8 million, or 73 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $2.61 billion.
Chefs' Warehouse expects full-year revenue in the range of $2.85 billion to $2.95 billion.
