Esperion Therapeutics: Q1 Earnings Snapshot

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Esperion Therapeutics Inc. (ESPR) on Tuesday reported a loss of $61.7 million in its first quarter.
The Ann Arbor, Michigan-based company said it had a loss of 79 cents per share.
The results fell short of Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 65 cents per share.
The biopharmaceutical company posted revenue of $24.3 million in the period, beating Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $21 million.
