BURNABY, British Columbia (AP) — BURNABY, British Columbia (AP) — Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc. (XENE) on Tuesday reported a loss of $41.7 million in its first quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Burnaby, British Columbia-based company said it had a loss of 63 cents.
The results fell short of Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of nine analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 62 cents per share.
