On a per-share basis, the Mount Horeb, Wisconsin-based company said it had a loss of 32 cents.
The clothing and tools supplier posted revenue of $138.2 million in the period.
Duluth Holdings expects a full-year loss of 25 cents to 15 cents per share, with revenue in the range of $640 million to $655 million.
