INTEL CORP [INTC] has reported a net loss of $1.7 billion for year ended Dec 30, 2023.
The Company said in a filing before the Securities and Exchange Commission that its total revenue for the year was $54.2 billion

During the 12 months ended December 30, 2023, Intel reported a net revenue of $54.23 million, a decrease from $63.05 million in the same period in 2022 and $79.02 million in 2021.
The cost of sales for the same periods was $32.52 million, $36.19 million, and $35.21 million, respectively. This resulted in a gross margin of $21.71 million for 2023, compared to $26.87 million in 2022 and $43.82 million in 2021.
Operating income for Intel in 2023 was $93 million, down from $2.33 billion in 2022 and $19.46 billion in 2021. The company reported a net income of $1.68 million in 2023, a significant decrease from $8.02 million in 2022 and $19.87 million in 2021.
Earnings per share attributable to Intel were $0.40 for basic and diluted amounts in 2023, a decline from $1.95 (basic) and $1.94 (diluted) in 2022 and $4.89 (basic) and $4.86 (diluted) in 2021.
The weighted average shares of common stock outstanding for basic and diluted calculations were 4,190 and 4,212 in 2023, 4,108 and 4,123 in 2022, and 4,059 and 4,090 in 2021, respectively.
