Acacia Research: Q4 Earnings Snapshot

NEW YORK (AP) — NEW YORK (AP) — Acacia Research Corp. (ACTG) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter net income of $74.8 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
The New York-based company said it had profit of 75 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 67 cents per share.
The technology patent licensor posted revenue of $92.3 million in the period.
In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, the company's shares hit $3.98. A year ago, they were trading at $4.50.
