Meta Platforms: Q2 Earnings Snapshot

MENLO PARK, Calif. (AP) — MENLO PARK, Calif. (AP) — Meta Platforms, Inc. (META) on Wednesday reported second-quarter earnings of $13.47 billion.
The Menlo Park, California-based company said it had profit of $5.16 per share.
The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of 15 analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $4.70 per share.
The social media company posted revenue of $39.07 billion in the period, also topping Street forecasts. Fourteen analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $38.34 billion.
