French troops arrive on cyclone-ravaged Mayotte to assist in disaster relief

French troops continue to arrive to join the relief effort on the French Indian Ocean Islands of Mayotte which were devastated by a cyclone last weekend. The cyclone was the deadliest storm to strike the territory in nearly a century.
