Steven E. Rendle Chairman, President & CEO of VF Corporation, Inc. (VFC)

 since January 1, 2017 and served as its President until November 08, 2017. He served as the President of V.F. Corporation since June 24, 2015 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from June 24, 2015 to December 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Americas at V.F. Corporation since April 2014 until June 2015.

I started my career in the specialty outdoor and action sports industry more than 30 years ago. I was fortunate to have roles at W.L. Gore and Associates, Youngone Corporation and VF Corporation. While at VF, I spent more than 20 years in a series of leadership

roles, including serving as the President of The North Face brand from 2004 to 2010. My career at VF provided me the opportunity to

work with a passionate, diverse group of people from around the world who are committed to creating the very best products and

experiences.
