Stephan B. Tanda is the President and CEO of AptarGroup,Inc.(ATR). Stephan B. Tanda is an Austrian businessperson who has been at the head of 7 different companies. Presently, he holds the position of President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at AptarGroup, Inc. Mr. Tanda is also on the board of Ingredion, Inc. and Confédération des Industries Agro Alimentaires de lUE. In the past he occupied the position of Executive Member-Managing Board at Koninklijke DSM NV, President & Chief Executive Officer of Solae LLC, President & Chief Executive Officer of Freudenberg Nonwovens Ltd., President & Chief Executive Officer at DuPont Nutrition & Health, Inc., President at Protein Technologies International, Inc., President for Protein Technologies International, Inc., Vice President-Strategic Planning & New Business at E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co., Director-Global Business at DuPont de Nemours (Luxembourg) SARL and Chairman of The European Association for Bioindustries.

Stephan has lived and worked in seven countries while working for DuPont, Freudenberg Nonwovens Group and DSM. Over his career, Stephan has focused on developing local and global talent, building sustainable businesses and organizations while successfully delivering increased shareholder value, sales and profits, both via organic growth and via some 15 acquisitions and joint ventures.

In addition to Aptar, Stephan serves on the board of Ingredion as an Independent Director and previously served on the boards of Patheon NV and Semperit AG.
