John Engel
Chairman, President and CEO, Wesco International Inc
John J. Engel is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wesco International Inc (WCC) since 2011 and has served as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer since 2009. WESCO International, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, WESCO or the "Company"), headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a leading provider of business-to-business distribution, logistics services and supply chain solutions.
Previously Engel served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2004 to 2009.
Before joining Wesco in 2004, Engel served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Gateway, Inc.; Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Perkin Elmer, Inc.; and Vice President and General Manager of Allied Signal, Inc.
Engel also held various engineering, manufacturing and general management positions at General Electric Company.

Engel also serves as a director of United States Steel Corporation, is a member of the Business Roundtable and the Business Council and is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturers.
